Let me take you on a bit of a journey, my journey, filled with ups, downs, and everything in between. For the past year, I've been on a roller coaster, and not the fun kind. After being laid off, I've been hustling in factory work and doing menial labor – not exactly the dream job for someone who loves to weave words into stories and ideas into reality. The cherry on top? I've been sinking deeper into debt, trying to keep my head above water.

But hey, let's not get too gloomy here. I've got skills, real good ones, if I do say so myself. I'm a dab hand at both technical and creative writing. And that's not all – I'm an experienced project manager and web designer too. Pretty cool, right? But here's the kicker: despite these mad skills, I've been hitting wall after wall in my job search. Talk about frustrating!

Now, I don't mean to get political, but let's just say the current economy and the presidency of Joe Biden haven't exactly been my allies in this struggle. Jobs seem as elusive as a mirage in the desert. The consequence? My debt pile is growing like a weed, my car is on the brink of being repossessed, and the roof over my head is looking shakier by the day.
