Pricing for Access, Not Extraction

Your Catalog Is the Product: The Tiny-PDF Business
Text lesson. No video on this one — the words carry it.

Every pricing guru sells you the same line. Charge more. Always more. If nobody flinches, the price is too low. That gospel comes from people who sell courses about selling courses, and it has bled more honest creators of more customers than any algorithm ever managed.

You shipped a brick in the last lesson. A one-page PDF that fixes one specific problem. Now you hang a number on it, and that number decides who gets through the door. Price it so the guy closing out the night register at a gas station can buy without doing math in his head. He is the one who comes back.

Most people build the right thing and then strangle it at the cash register. They gate the exact people the product was made for, then wonder where the customers went.
