About Joe & Niche of One
I’m a combat veteran (USAF, 12 years) most of which was in Japan (8.5 years) or in war zones, former chaos magician, and corporate refugee who’s failed at seven businesses and succeeded at three.
Niche of One is my weekly exploration of the connections nobody else is making: philosophy, consciousness, business operations, and the patterns institutions hide. It’s a place to share the things I like to think about.
The goal is to make you think, help you out, or entertain you.
Every Sunday at 9am, I send free dispatches to people who think too much and question everything.
What I’m not: Another productivity guru or scale-fast influencer. I don’t do that. I don’t consult and transform you. Only you can do that.
What I am: Someone who’s been deeper underwater than most people will ever be, sharing the frameworks that worked when nothing else did, ideas that changed the way I see things, and experiences that only I have.
The work is built on four pillars: Build, Write, Think, Live. Japanese philosophy meets military operations meets sustainable creation.
