Devil Driver

Devil Driver is nightmare fuel in audio form, drone and sludge that moves slower than a thing has any right to move. There are no names attached. The catalog runs to sixty-three pieces and counting, most of them untitled, most of them past the eight-minute mark. The label found the first batch on a reel left in the mailbox with no postage and no note, just the word DRIVER in grease pencil on the box. We pressed it. The hold music for the GZS front office is a Devil Driver track now, by accident, after somebody plugged the wrong cable into the phone system, and we have decided to leave it. Callers wait longer than they used to. Some of them stop calling.
