Separate business account. [ ] Day 6 Build your first lead magnet. A checklist or template. Nothing fancy. [ ] Day 7 Plan a content calendar of ten topics. Seven small moves and you exist. DAYS 8 - 30 - CONSISTENCY (this is where most people evaporate) Every week, repeat: [ ] Publish two pieces. [ ] Send one newsletter, even if three people read it. [ ] Trade a few honest words with other creators, daily. Not drive-by. [ ] Write 30 minutes minimum. Log your numbers as you go. HEADS UP: around week 2 or 3 the excitement drains out and the work becomes just work. That's the moment the checklist earns its keep. You don't need motivation when you have a list of two things to do today. DAYS 31 - 60 - VALIDATE [ ] Launch your first paid product. Small, $5 to $25. Write about making it. [ ] Ask your audience what they're wrestling with. Watch which formats land. [ ] Start a second product built on what they told you. [ ] Add ONE affiliate partnership, for a tool you actually use. Targets for this stretch (deliberately humble): [ ] Make your first dollar online. [ ] 50+ email subscribers. [ ] A clear read on which topics actually land. [ ] A publishing rhythm you can hold without flinching. That first dollar matters more than its size. It proves a stranger will pay you, and that rewires how you see yourself. DAYS 61 - 90 - GROW [ ] Lean hard on the pieces that landed. Make more like them. [ ] Keep the newsletter going on the same day, same time. [ ] Refine the offer based on what buyers and repliers told you. Realistic line by day 90: [ ] 100+ subscribers [ ] $100+ across products and affiliates [ ] 20+ published pieces [ ] A clear read on your audience's biggest problems Stretch line, if everything breaks your way: 300 subscribers, $500, one product selling steady. These are example numbers, the shape of the thing, not a promise. Your list and your niche bend the real curve. TWO TRAPS IN THE BACK HALF [ ] Week 6-8: you start measuring your first month against someone else's tenth year. Don't. [ ] Week 10-12: the itch to pivot or bolt on a second platform. Resist unless something is plainly broken. The itch to change is usually boredom wearing a strategy costume. THE LINE TO HOLD Ninety days of imperfect consistency beats thirty days of perfect execution and then nothing. The climb doesn't start until you do.
